2. Products & Made-to-Order Items

All Cowmeow & Co products are made especially for you through our print-on-demand production process.

Because every item is created after your order is placed, slight variations in color, print placement, and appearance may occur due to differences in printing methods, materials, and screen displays.

We make every effort to display our products accurately but cannot guarantee that colors will appear exactly the same on every device.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Prices may change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or discontinue products at any time.
Payment must be successfully processed before production begins.

4. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

Cowmeow & Co reserves the right to refuse, decline, or cancel any order due to:

Pricing or listing errors
Suspected fraudulent activity
Payment issues
Product availability
Production or fulfillment limitations

If your order is canceled after payment has been received, you will receive a full refund.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

Production begins shortly after an order is placed.

Order changes or cancellations may only be requested within 24 hours of purchase. While we will do our best to help, we cannot guarantee modifications once production has started.

6. Shipping

Estimated shipping times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.

Cowmeow & Co is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Shipping carriers
Weather conditions
Customs processing
Supply chain disruptions
Events beyond our reasonable control

If you purchase through platforms such as Shopify or another authorized marketplace, your purchase is also governed by that platform's own policies and terms of service.

Where applicable, those platform policies may take precedence.

All artwork, illustrations, mascot characters (including Cowmeow, Money, and Richie), logos, graphics, product designs, photographs, and website content are the exclusive property of Cowmeow & Co.
