Every order is made especially for you through our print-on-demand process. Because each item is created after you place your order, please allow time for both production and shipping. We appreciate your patience and are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.

Processing & Production Time

Each product is individually made after your order is placed.

Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships.

Production times may vary depending on the product:

  • Stickers, mugs, and smaller accessories often ship sooner.

  • Apparel, framed artwork, and specialty items may require additional production time.

Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Shipping Time

After your order has been produced, estimated shipping times are:

United States

  • 3–7 business days

International

  • 10–20 business days

Estimated Delivery Time

Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time

Please note that these are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to weather, customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after your package has been shipped.

Multiple Items & Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, they may be produced by different fulfillment partners and shipped separately.

As a result:

  • Items may arrive in separate packages.

  • Packages may arrive on different days.

  • Each shipment will have its own tracking information when applicable.

If part of your order has arrived but you're still waiting on another item, don't worry—it's likely still on its way.

Shipping Partners

We work with trusted print and shipping partners to deliver your order.

Depending on your location and the products you purchase, your package may be delivered by carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

  • Other regional delivery partners

Carrier selection may vary by destination and product type.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination

  • Product type

  • Order weight and size

Any available shipping options and pricing will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges may be required by your country's customs authority.

These charges:

  • Are not included in your purchase price.

  • Are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Vary by country and cannot be predicted or controlled by Cowmeow & Co.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hellocowmeow@gmail.com.

We'll do our best to update your address before production begins. However, once production has started or the order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes and are unable to refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost, Delayed & Delivered Packages

While we work with reliable shipping partners, delivery delays can occasionally occur.

If your tracking shows Delivered but you haven't received your package, we recommend:

  1. Checking around your property and with household members.

  2. Contacting your local postal carrier or delivery service.

  3. Waiting an additional 24–48 hours, as some carriers mark packages as delivered slightly before final delivery.

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us. We'll be happy to help investigate and determine the next steps.

Holiday & Peak Season Shipping

During holidays, major sales events, or peak shopping seasons, production and shipping times may be longer than usual due to increased order volume.
